## How Pricing Works

**No counting events. No MAU limits.** All tiers include unlimited MAU and unlimited product events. You only pay for the number of accounts you serve.

- Pricing is based on **Monthly Active Accounts (MAA)**. An active account is a customer account with one or more active users during the month.
- All plans include unlimited seats (paid plans), unlimited MAU, and unlimited product events.
- Annual billing: pay for 10 months, get 12 (approximately 17% off).

### Can we try Accoil before we buy?

### What happens if our Monthly Active Accounts (MAA) increases?

Your data keeps flowing. We check your usage at the end of each billing cycle. You're not charged immediately for changes in MAA. If there's a major change, we'll reach out to you.

### Is our data safe?

Yes. Accoil is SOC2 Type II and GDPR compliant, with per-account access controls.

### Do I need to be an analyst?

No. Accoil translates product analytics into clear signals for CS, RevOps, Support, Marketing, and Product.

### When do we start paying?

You start paying at the end of your trial. If you need billing to begin on a specific day of the month, contact us and we'll arrange that with you.
