Accoil is a customer-success consultancy with our own tooling, run by its three founders. No junior consultants here. We build and run the system each week to deliver your teams the next best actions, so they can increase activation, find expansion opportunities, and spend more time looking after your customers.
Where we come from
Between us, we've run several companies from startup through to exit – including ThinkTilt, acquired by Atlassian, and SmartyGrants. Before and after that acquisition we spent years inside Atlassian, across product, engineering, sales, support and the marketplace.
Why a consultancy
Accoil's software has calculated more than two million engagement metrics for its customers' accounts. That taught us that the signal isn't always the hard part. The hardest part to get right is turning signals into next best actions, account by account – and most teams have nobody to own that job. So our people do that work with your team, and stay on it as things change.
