FAQ

How long does migration really take?

Because you're already tracking your product data, you can have Accoil up and running in as little as 36 hours. If you want help setting up workflows, integrations, or anything else in Accoil, let us know and we'll help you move as fast as possible.

Will my team need retraining?

If your team was comfortable in June, they'll be comfortable in Accoil. There are some similarities between the two products, but we do have a different approach on some things. Schedule a call with the founders and we'll walk you through everything, including training your team.

What happens to our historical data?

Which tools do you integrate with?

Accoil integrates with the same tools that June did and we continue to build out more integrations based on feedback from customers just like you.

Do you have a free plan?

No, but you should check out our Startup Program. Many teams on June’s free plan will qualify for this.

Do you have public dashboards?

We don’t do public dashboards, but you can use Segments (similar to Audiences) and your Accoil Feed to turn product and customer activity into a curated, real-time stream of meaningful updates for your team.

Are there benchmarks?

Benchmarks aren’t built into Accoil today. If this is something you used a lot in June and want in your next tool, let us know.

What about user enrichment?

Accoil was built to put valuable product engagement data where you already work. In tools like your CRM. Most CRMs today provide some level of enrichment, so we don’t do enrichment on the Accoil platform. As with any June features, tell us your workflow. We’re good listeners 😀
